Today, we celebrate with our King, Angolokirimosou, Tarakiri-owei viii, the PERE of the ancient Tarakiri Kingdom, cutting across Bayelsa and Delta States.
We celebrate a monarch whose leadership, wisdom, compassion, and dedication brings peace to the kingdom, and inspires people with a deep sense of unity.
Since his inception on 9th September 2023, Tarakiri Kingdom has experienced tremendous changes. There is peace. There is development. There has been effective and quality representation. There has been a discovery of crude oil and gas in many Tarakiri communities. There has been successful installation of traditional heads. There is also an ongoing exercise to review the Tarakiri constitution to accommodate all it’s communities.
May his reign continue to be filled with peace, prosperity, and progress for the throne and people of Tarakiri Kingdom.
We wish our beloved King many more prosperous years in good health. May he continue to rule with sound wisdom and judgements to bring glory, pride, majesty and great dignity to the people of Tarakiri Kingdom.
