Senator Dickson is one of the best things that have happened to Ijaw people, especially in Bayelsa State.
Today, men are made. Millionaires and Billionaires have emerged. Business experts, contractors and academicians have stepped forward.
Dickson is still in the business of raising generational leaders, no wonder his huge investments into Education and educational infrastructure. His continuous support for students welfare and scholarship programs has taken a new turn.
On the 13th of January 2024, Senator Dickson just like other years, provided educational support grants to a total of 750 Bayelsa State students studying in various institutions of higher learning.
The students received ₦100,000 for PhD, ₦50,000 for MSc and ₦40,000 for undergraduates respectively.
He also provided special financial support to Bayelsa law students with the sum of ₦8Million.
His passion for education also prompted him to disburse a grant of ₦14.8Million to students studying Law in Bayelsa State just now.
As a result, over 148 Law students in Bayelsa State are beneficiaries and more of his projects are in view.
One of his best quotes, “It’s my policy to build unity, promote team work, consensus and mobilize support for our people.”
As much as he continues mobilising support for our people in Bayelsa and Niger Delta, we should also support him to succeed as Senator of Bayelsa west, national assembly Abuja.
