Popular Delta grassroots politician and philanthropist, Chief Pedro Tuwayerin Bekenawei, has picked up the Expression of Interest Form to contest for the Warri Federal Constituency seat in the National Assembly, Abuja.
Speaking with journalists after obtaining the form in Abuja, Chief Pedro assured the people of Warri Federal Constituency that his decision to contest is driven by his desire to attract meaningful political dividends and development to the constituency.
He reaffirmed his total commitment to the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) and its leadership, expressing confidence that the party will record massive victories in the 2027 general elections.
Reacting to the development, supporters of the aspirant expressed strong confidence in his ambition, stating that they are hopeful Chief Pedro will emerge as the party’s flag bearer.
According to them, his selfless service, consistent support for the people, and commitment to community development are clear indications that he will provide effective and quality representation if elected to the Green Chamber of the National Assembly.
